Properties : It is white inodorous microscopic crystal. It can be decomposed and liberated the N gas at a certain temperature and it makses the goods with icroscopic and superor and even gas structure , small relative toxicity, no pollution . It belongs to the best lowing agent of a kind of benzenesulfonyl. To add Pd ,Cd,Zn salt can reduce its decomposition humidity .

Use : used in making inodorous and non-polluted and non-discolored product which has meticulous and even gas structure and in making elastic body (for example, butylbenzene rubber, poly rubber, fluorine rubble,natural rubble )and thermoplastic products(for example, PVC, PE, PS, ABSengineering plastics).It also be used together with rubber-resin mixture and can activate the mixture of butybenzene rubber and NBR,cure.
Packing : packed in fibre drum with a liner of polyethylene bag .The net weight of each is 25kg.

FORM: White powder.
SPECIFIC GRAVITY: 1.53 at 25°C (77 °F)
DECOMPOSITION POINT: 153-167 °C (307-333 °F)
GAS YIELD: 120 cc / gram
DECOMPOSITION GASES: 95% N2 and 5% H2O vapor.
ACTIVATED BY: Very strong activators include treaded urea (BIK® OT),
triethanolamine and peroxides. Moderate activators include
calcium oxide, calcium stearate, stearic acid, cadmium and lead
type vinyl stabilizers. Weak activators include adipic acid, benzoic
acid, salicylic acid, citric acid, lead stearate and zinc stearate.
DISCOLORATION: Nondiscoloring; decomposition residue is white.
RECOMMENDED USES: General purpose relatively low temperature foaming agent for
sponge rubber and expanded plastic which require fine, uniform,
closed cell structure.
SOLUBILITY: Insoluble in water. Soluble in strong acids and bases. Reacts with
acetone.
STORAGE STABILITY: Store in a cool, dry place in closed containers. Keep away from
heat, sparks, open flames. Separate from combustible storage by
2.4 m (8 ft.) aisles or isolate in a detached building. Do not store
over 1.2 m (4 ft.) high unless sprinklers are hydraulically designed
to produce a density of 29 L/sec·cm2 (0.5 gpm/sq. ft.) over the
entire area of the building.
HANDLING PRECAUTIONS: Normal handling precautions should be observed. Minimize
dusting. Good ventilation. Good housekeeping. FLAMMABLE
SOLID.
